Overall a good stay but bathroom issue should be resolved.

Location was great. Good to stay for a day or two. Facilities are good.

The bathroom should have a shower curtain. Without it water goes everywhere and makes it very inconvenient to use it without slipping.

Perfect location for us. Good price for location. Bed comfortable. Clean

No air con and it was a really hot day. Window could only be opened a small amount. Bathroom shower cubicle was tiny. We expected a small room as that was as described.

Good Location, friendly staff but not clean and not value for money.

I really loved the location, almost centrally but very quite and safe. Clean area with nice stores, groceries cafes and metro stations.

It is a shame to have this nice building in that area and keep it so outdated and dirty. Bathroom decently clean but dust is everywhere and completely unclean.

The venue seriously needs an upgrade and something also needs to be done about the door to the stairs on the third floor because it kept slamming shut whenever someone opened it and it would jolt us awake. The radiator in the room also kept making noise throughout the night so be barely got any sleep. There is also no way I’m even plugging in the kettle, which looks positively prehistoric. As for the staff, every morning we would get a knock on the door from the maid even though we had the DND sign on the door, and when we checked in they barely spoke to us or give us any details regarding the hotel (they didn’t even bother to mention that we might need a code to re-enter the premises!). Even though I had selected the option to pay at check in, money was taken out of my account the day before. In this case it was fine, but what if I had planned on paying with a different card or split with my friend?

pleasant place to stay or use as a base for travelling around that part of London.

Staff was welcoming and helped with getting me booked in. The room 204 was nice and big, had a tea and coffee maker. i did not use it. Plenty of towels and soap/shampoo.

The radiator in the bathroom could do with being bled (airpockets) it did make some noise during the night. The bedside light was leant in the corner against the wall, it was broken, do not touch it as its hard to put back. you could hear if someone used the lift, not so much the door but the humming movement of it going up and down. to be fair once i was asleep, the noises were not a bother, maybe the alochol helped.

Some of the rooms are much better than others - there's a definite inconsistency in the standard. We had booked 4 rooms. One was beautiful and one passable. For this reason, I would not stay here again since I wouldn't be sure which type of room I would be staying in.

Not bad but some room for improvement

Location is amazing and the commons areas were lovely. Not sure what the amazing scent was but loved it! Room was small but perfectly fine, and it was nice to have a full size bathroom and shower.

The pillows on the bed were rock solid, so didn’t have the best night sleep. Also, it’s a shame the modern feel of the lobby and lounge area doesn’t follow through to the hallways where the rooms are, that feels very heavy and dark. When I was in the room, at first it all looked fine, but when I moved the throw on the bed an empty coffee sachet had gotten wrapped into it and was on the clean bed, which isn’t the best look.

Really good, reasonably priced place to stay in London, easy walking to two underground stations.

Location - really good for getting to Wimbledon. Room was fine for a short stay. We didn’t have breakfast on this occasion. The staff were super helpful and we could leave our bags at the hotel hours before check in time, which was really useful.

It would be great if there were a few more electrical sockets for chargers. It would be great if you could fill the kettle up using the tap, rather than having to use the cups to get water to fill the kettle.

Budget hotel in quiet, Hyde Park location.

Quiet location near to Hyde Park. Room was fine for our needs. Breakfast was a buffet and plenty of options on offer.

Staff could be a bit more enthusiastic. Rooms had some issues, such as lights not working but for that price point, it was manageable.

Suited our needs, nice location, some issues with the room.

Great location, good beds and the room was a nice size. Fancy lobby and I assume other fancy rooms (we had a cheap room but it did the job).

We couldn't turn the radiator off, and the technician/member of staff came to help and said it just takes a while to switch off and it was turned off. That radiator was never turned off - it was broken. It was boiling in the room. The shower didn't have an adequate lip before it reached the floor, so the water flooded the bathroom floor the whole stay - it wasn't clogged at all, it was just badly designed. The staff members seemed a bit passive-aggressive/rude. No soap/shampoo so I'm glad we brought our own. Not enough coffee provided in the room either. I'm assuming this is all due to us having the cheapest room, these issues would probably not be in one of the more expensive rooms.

It was a place to stay for the night but not somewhere we would want to spend any length of time at.

The location was convenient and the space in the room was great for our family of 4. There were separate twin beds for my boys and a separate room for me and my husband.

I asked ahead of time about storing luggage while we explored the city. Their answer was "sure". Upon arrival we discovered that "storing luggage" meant keeping it in the hotel lobby at our own risk. And the desk staff was not overly happy or accommodating to do so. The room could use updating and a deep clean. All of the beds had sand in them (possibly from the disintegrating decorative pieces. No hair dryer, no iron or ironing board.
